Preparing STEM Teacher Leaders for Rapidly Expanding Microelectronics Ecosystems in Idaho and New York

This collaborative NSF Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program project focuses on preparing STEM teacher leaders to support the rapidly expanding microelectronics workforce in Idaho and New York. Led at Boise State University by Krishna Pakala, the project brings together expertise in STEM education, engineering, and microelectronics to strengthen connections between K–12 STEM education and emerging regional technology ecosystems. The work is designed to develop teacher leadership and expand educational capacity in communities affected by growth in the semiconductor and microelectronics industries.
